Go to "Tools" and then scroll down to "Email Accounts..."
Select "ad a new email account". Click "next".
Select "POP 3". Click "next".
In the "Your Name" field, type in your name or whatever you would like the "from" name to be.
In the "email address " field, type in the email address for the account you are setting up.
In the "username" filed, type your full email address as the username. (yourname@mywebsite.com)
In the "Incoming mail server" field, enter "mail.mywebsite.com". Where "mywebsite.com" is your website domain name without quotes.
In the "Outgoing mail server" enter "smtp.telus.net" or "shawmail" without quotes . These are the most common ones for Victoria residents. Check any existing email accounts set up on Outlook to be sure what your ISP's outgoing mail server is
